Fraud They call to advise that an arrest warrant has been issued in "Your" name for tax evasion, and invite you to press "1" for further info. A person with a strong Indian accent answers and in short they invite you to settle out of court. I suspect that the caller is not UK based but is using some relay of sorts to make calls appear to be UK based. Once you have them on the line, it is up to you whether to simply insult them or string them along for as long

Received caller asking about my life insurance policy and did I know I was due a rebate due to retail price index. I acted thick telling her I did not have details at hand and I was working. She said she would call back but after reading this page I put her number on the reject list !
