Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 20363008xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with you win / prize draw / life insurance / car accident - accident claims. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?

Sounded a bit dangerous like it was masking a London landline number but clearly from abroad with a bad line, thick Indian accent and delayed responses. Claimed to be from Carphone Warehouse and started offering a lot of too good to be true offers without even saying what mobile network they were representing. I hung up.
