Fraud
Caller claimed to be from BT Openreach calling about poor internet speed - sounded like an Indian call centre. I was wary but we have been having poor speed so I carried on. They asked me to do a speed test on out internet using a site I have used before. They said the speed figures were very low. They wanted me to download software so they could connect to my PC which I didn't do. When I started to challenge them to prove who they were they hung up. I suspect this is a scam call.

No message was left by the caller!
I'm unsure about this number - people claiming it to be Amazon Prime, Specsavers, electricity and Welsh Water amongst others. But it could be Welsh Water as we had a call from this number this morning (it was blocked by CallGuardian) and our water has been cut off due to a burst watermain. The companies should make it clear on their own website what numbers they call you from so you can tell if they're genuine or not.
A very persistent Accident Claim company. Even though I have (politely) told them I do not want to pursue the case they continue to contact me.
