Call stating from 'a bank' saying several sums of money had been taken from account. Then the usual, press etc. When can these be stopped? Earlier this we had a call at 2.47 am!!

Call about an accident I was in which never happened
This is medicines sans frontiers I called the number back but just a recorded message saying will call me back. They call several times a day. No idea why or maybe because I donated to Ebola charity recently? They won t get any more money if I am not left alone to earn it! A real nuisance.
