Robo dialler: "We are calling about the accident in which you were innocent. Is that correct?" If you say "Yes", they put you through to a human being - then you either tell them what you think of them, or, if you have time, get them to disclose which company is actually behind the calls. Then you can make a complaint.
SCAM The person/company will claim they can offer you a loan but will continue to request a number of payments from you. (PPI, insurance, Tax etc,). This is not a legitimate company and you will not receive any money.
