FRAUD CALLER PRETENDING TO BE FROM HMRC. I RANG THE HMRC TO CHECK AND THEY CONFIRMED THIS IS WAS FRAUD CALLER, NO PROBLEMS WITH MY INCOME TAX.
SCAM I answered this number today and after around 5 seconds of silence, was played a recorded message saying something about my National Insurance number being involved with some fraud. It then said to resolve this issue PRESS 1. at which point I hung up.
I get the same message every Tuesday about my payment not going through but seems odd that it doesn’t even attempt to say who the payment should be going to -
SCAM / SPAM - Automated voice recording saying "This is me Linda Green calling you. From HMRC. Message to say..." then hung up (name may not be accurate)
