Rang my home no today, no message left. I rang back, automated line says “This is Guys & St. Thomas Hospital. Don’t worry, we’ll call you back - if it’s urgent”. What?! First they send me a letter last week (3 pages!) to say I don’t fit their criteria for dental treatment, then they phone with this. I assume I’ll never get a return call as they already think I’m not urgent enough to treat anyway!
Some have said it is from a debt collection company called Lowells. If this is so, this company have harassed me for about two years now. There is always a recorded message kicks in when you speak. In my case, it always asks for a Mr Paul Roberts, who I have never heard of, and asks me to press 1 if I am him, or press 2 if I m not. Suspect this could be a con, so I never press anything and just hang up. I report them to the ICO every time, and the calls stop for a couple of months, before starting again,

SCAM Asking you to press 1 as you have done something wrong. Regarding National insurance and suspending your number. Could frighten some people and I have retired. Should be shot

Automated call - stated it was the National crime me agency and they're suspending my national insurance number. I hung up at this point and blocked the number.
Phone rang, did not answer, no message left, searched and found these results. Glad I didn't answer.
