I called the number back (using a landline and withholding my number) when the call connects it puts you straight on hold (with music). I've had these before and when I called back to see exactly who it was I waited for someone to answer, it was a company telling me they could offer me some financial scheme or something and 'it would be hugely beneficial to me!'. I asked them to take my number off their list and they got shirty with me telling me that I asked them to call me...which I didn't so I hung up a
