Had a text asking me to call re Essex and Suffolk water bill going to take legal action. I phoned Essex and Suffolk water who confirmed my account is up to date and I do not owe anything. They advised me to ring the fraud department of police , this I have done, they advised not to give any information or reply to messages.
Unknown number. Called and listened to my unavailable message but did not leave their own message.
Purportedly a text from DHL, but a very odd weblink to track a delivery.
This a ppi claims number. Very polite and stated he got my number from a national database.

Michael from technical support rang as he said he had noticed a fault on my computer. Very likely a scam. Ended call swiftly.

Said they were HMRC and to ring a number, well spoken English speaker
check your phone bill, potential could be put through to a premium number automatically, one that simply play "The number you hav......." msg.
