They knew my name when I answered and started singing to me and saying I love you when I asked who they were as there was more than one person on the phone the would not answer me and kept singing and saying I love you

Another caller claiming to be Microsoft Technical Department alleging errors detected on my computer. I don't use Microsoft products so that is a glaring give away that the caller is a scammer.
I asked where he was calling from as all I understood was UK and HE hung up ME!
