It s just rainbow taxi service letting you know your taxi is outside ( number can t be called back ) I checked with taxi driver
SCAM - saying my appliance insurance is due to run out and when asked how much I paid last year they said £356 by card. Reason I asked is because I do have some cover but pay nothing like that. Gave them a few choice words and phone went dead!
