I answered the phone and they were silent. I said hello 3 times before a pre-recorded message started saying that they have been unable to contact me and asked for me to call back. Let s hope they re not holding their breath for that call! ;)
Received a text saying I needed to call this number urgently - idiotically called them back as I was expecting an important call from another company and thought it might be them. Instead, I was left on hold for about a millennium and eventually got through to MMS or NMS , at which point I hung up in disgust.
