Likely scam. I didn't answer it, they didn't leave a message, so called the number on a different phone and wouldn't even connect
This caller asked for me by name then hung up.
SCAM
Fraud, threatening message about tax evasion, saying a warrant is out for your arrest etc.
Unable to call back to verify who is calling.

SCAM Pretends to be Amazon calling about an order for an IPhone 7. then ask if you want to cancel the order and ask for account details to do so. If you say you don't want to cancel the order they hang up. Call is from a very noisey call centre somewhere in Bangladesh.
