Automated message from Welsh Water caught by answerphone. Only got part of message, which told me 'water might be dirty or rusty' and said dial 1 to confirm receipt or 2 to hear it again. Suggested visit welshwater.com for more info. Seemed genuine because website confirmed local issue. I rang it back (withholding my number) and got a recording that it belongs to a messaging service (didn't catch which). So it seems Welsh Water have hired them, but they ought to filter out scammers!
