They phoned me to say they were Microsoft Specials. Told me my PC had a fault - possibly Virus Infected - and first tried to access my PC via Teamviewer. This did not work so i was told to visit www.ammyy.com. Here they did gain access and I sat back to watch the mouse pointer open and close multiple files etc. Much file info was Transfered and after sometime they phoned again to ask if the PC now worked faster,,,,Answer was, "NO". Do not answer it. At the end you have a contract that you can not withdraw. The book continues money from. Either on the contract or on the pre paid card or directly from the bank.

I had letters and calls from Taurus which I stupidly ignored. I was taken to Court and at the hearing a hearing a gentleman advised me to discuss debt issues. He said Taurus Debt Recovery have a lot of account holders on benefits and they have a friendly and supportive team. I would encourage anyone with debts with them to talk to Taurus. If you don t contact them they will issue court claims and or issue bankruptcy.
