This appears to be a PPI Scam and not a genuine service. When one asks them for an address or contact details they put the phone down. Aggressive and pushy phone manner from this cold caller. Avoid!!!
They did not leave a message and when I called back, I heard "You have dialled an incorrect number"

Called me cold enquiring speculatively enquiring about an alleged accident. They told me they had been sent the report regarding it and then asked me what date it was. When i told them they should know if they had any report they rather rudely and abruptly hanged up. Rude, intrusive, unprofessional and blocked.
