Called claiming to be Citizen's Advice Manchester; forcibly told me to listen to him, and then to "fuck off you bastard" when I challenged that CAB wouldn't call me using a mobile.

Automated call - although when you Google this number it says its for a Working men's club we are being repeatedly rung by this and several numbers where only one of the last two digits differs - rings once and cuts off which seems like a clear ring back scam
Definitely a scam, our conversation got a little heated when I probed him mentioning Section 420 (The term 420 is used in India to refer to a confidence tricksters), so I ended the call......idiots.
