SCAM, Tom is extremely harassing. He will call you and keep calling you until you pick up the phone. He makes you feel pressured into buying electricity with him. Not a friendly service, not a friendly man, almost feels like a scam and dangerous. Block his number because he will be extremely persistent. Takes advantage of new business owners and try's getting money out of them. Complete scum bag. 1 word to sum up Tom (Tommy) would be : CUNT

Number has a habit of calling me just after 7am,when the answerphone kicks in the call is terminated at the callers end VERY annoying at this time of day.

Sounds suspiciously like a banking scam - suggesting two misuses of bank card in a female metallic/recorded voice - hung up. EE map suggests call from mid-Europe
