Claiming to be from talk talk technical services. Also claiming to be a Manchester number, but calling from overseas. Had my personal details, but put phone when I suggested that I contact talk talk myself to resolve the issue on my corrupted laptop that doesn t exist!

A recorded message, purportedly from BT Technical Department, notifying me of suspicious activity on my Broadband connection and stating that my Broadband connection would be disconnected if not resolved. Very likely a scam.

Received a text message stating my Paypal account had been 'limited' due to potential unusual activity, then an online link 'for next steps'. Have not clicked on link.

This claims to be from Facebook but it was just a number and the location is Manchester/Burnley - this is not how FB normally sends 2 Factor ID. Is it a scam number?
