"Tom" alleging an outstanding PPI claim is due. After not being able to retrieve the information that ECC Manchester have, spoke to a manager Justin Tarrant. Who advised "Tom" was wrong in saying there is a claim and that he will be re-trained and it was a courtesy call regarding PPI - Nuisance call
Female who gave name Anna - spoke with Indian accent - she said she was from Amazon Security re. an expensive smart phone ordered in my name. Asked to check my emails/spam. This call was on 27 August. She repeated the call this morning 28 August asking re. emails from Tel 01827259971.
