The callis not from Watford. The number is spoofed by the scammers.
Started after joining the RAC. The are apparently "ringing on behalf of the RAC". Have my membership number. Have complained to RAC.

London call but not from the city sounded as if from India.
SCAM Stated he was from the insulation advisory service and that the insulation at my property was due for renewal. When I asked which address he was referring to he ended the call.
Number now answered - private caller had miss-dialled.
