Claiming to be HM Customs. I hung up straight away when they said that as it was automated.

Dodgy cold-caller, telemarketer and all-round phone pest. Something to do with solar panels. Abusive and rude, so why the hell would I ever want to place any business with them?!
Went answering machine but just a load of crackling signal then hung up.
