Received several calls a day, never leaving a message when left for answerphone. Often accompanied with background noise or music.. total waste of time

had missed call from this number rang back it didnt even ring went straight to automated voice saying 'your call is very important to us please stay on the line and we will transfer you to the next available agent'.......so after being on hold for 5 minute
