This is a telecommunications company, similar to that of BT, who you can actually speak to. Unlike BT, so give them credit people. If you are calling them to moan about nuisance calls, give it a rest, these guys want to help. You try doing the same thing with BT, Virgin or any other carrier. You d get laughed at.
Scammer, trying to make a sale. Rings at all hours.

Fraud
SPAM Caller said they were from 'Phonehouse' and asked what mobile provider network i was on. When challenged on how they got my number rung off.
Waffled on about global pandemic and making small. I had to ask him twice who he was and what he wanted. Eventually, he said he wanted me to participate in an economic survey. I told him, no thank you, I wasn't interested, he kept trying to talk over me and I hung up. A few seconds later he rang back asking why I hung up. I told him again I'm not interested in whatever it is. He answered back 'not interested in what' getting confrontational. I hung up again.
Caller claimed to be from BT openreach and stated I had a problem with my router and internet connection. Got quite angry when I explained there was nothing wrong with my internet connection (I was on-line working, and kids on-line schooling...) I hung up.

I had the same call however one of my older TV's does have a policy on it from 8 years ago!!!! Google brought me here.....
SCAM - They called, there was an automated message in my mother tongue (Greek) prompting me to invest in stocks..
SCAM / SPAM Telling me I had subscribed to Financial Market to find out more about Bitcoins a month ago. When I told the caller this was wrong information they quickly hung up
Rings but no answer from caller
SCAM Automated recording claiming to be working with the National crime agency and threatening to suspend my National Insurance number and all my assets due to suspicious activity.
