Persistant calls. I ignore them.
Fraud - Recorded message claimed to be from HMRC saying a fraud had been committed on my tax account. A warrant for my arrest had been issued and if I didn’t press 1 immediately then the Police would be round very shortly to arrest me
No answer when I picked up.... Blocked!
Energy scam. Called the number back - message said I had been called on behalf of Scottish Power. Didn’t sound genuine.

a local number but not one known to us. however recently a man phoned selling double glazing/replacement glazing etc. could be him, but blocked it.

Got a call from this number telling me to sell my house. I said no but they said that I would be better off without it. After being told that crap I hung up the phone.
Said they were from BT Openreach. They were not. Trying to get me to open EVENTVWR on my PC which displays warnings, they say they'll fix those warnings for me and connect me to the "main BT server". They requested I go to www.anydesk.com which is a legit site which provides an app that allows you to enter your desktop remotely. They asked me to download that app which I said I did (I did not), then asked me for the nine digit number I'd see when opening the app. I gave them a fa
