SCAM dodgy text adressed to an unknown person on my phone. Some dodgy company called lowell.co.uk telling me they have my number registered to some person i have never heard of telling me to ring & register. No way. Fraudulent at best. I have never heard of the person they are sending the text to on my phone. Beware . Have reported them to ofcom
