PPI call. Have had 8 or 9 missed calls - very persistant and pushy. Had to ask several tumes for them to remove me from their lists.

I only answered due to the possibility it's a sick parent from IRL (as a rule, I never answer any call until it rings over 5 times as most spammers quit after 5 rings) and there was "the silence" -- noise of the scammer. They just called again.
