Someone claiming to be from scottish widows pension, wanting to discuss a letter they sent me in July last year - yes that's correct to discuss a letter from 7 months ago on a random call. When I wouldn't give them certain information the woman got grumpy with me, and then got really frustrated when I requested she confirm which company pension she was calling me about. Then she hung up on me when I requested she put her concerns in a letter to me.
