SCAM Called me at around 1100 hrs (Tue) on 27.7.2021 on my UK landline. Pre-recorded message read out by a lady, claiming that there has been some illegal activity going on with my internet, unless I contact them (e.g. by pressing '1' for .....'2' for .....) immediately, my internet will be shut down within the next 24-48 hrs. I just hanged up.

Have been receiving daily calls from these people - previously they have asked to speak to my mother and simply hung up when told she was out. We wanted a quote for a sliding door for our back porch and the salesman quoted over 6k and then he dropped the price to 2 times! They try to pressure you and that if you dont sign today you wont find a better deal! Salesman ask what your job occupation is which has nothing to do with your quote and are fishing for how much money they can squeeze out of you.
