These guys call saying they are from EE and offering special deals. Then they asked for my personal information. When I questioned why they needed my data they stated that the number they called on (which appeared on my handset) if listed on the EE website under the security section. I hung up and checked. No such number on EE s website, so I call a contact I have at EE and she checked and stated the number is most definitely NOT EE and I should not treat the call as an EE authorised call. Gets very nasty if you don t supply information they ask for and you also cannot ring the number as says doesn t exist

I visited elderly relatives today and this number called 6 times in three hours. I am told my relatives have been getting these calls for over three months. They are fed up of it.

This number has been bothering me for a few weeks now and I ve ignored it - Answered it today and it was a company telling me they had been informed I ve been in a car accident that wasn t my fault.. "Is that right" she asked. I think the company is sigma or something similar. When called back it says incorrect number.
