This is a Debt Collection Agency - yet another one - asking for a Mr Thomas Davies or Mrs Davies (if I answer). One of many!!! AO Insurance scam. It seems AO haven t heard of GDPR. Almost feel like cancelling my order for such underhanded pretence after care call when in fact its all about selling the consumer a nonsensical insurances. Clearly under Data Protection Act and GDPR, AO is breaking privacy regulations.
