Why do people hang up when you answer the phone call!!!!
SCAM / SPAM - HMRC scam call, automated, asked to press 1
Rang 5 times through the night and left 2 voicemails, the 1st voicemail was a women using a distressed voice claiming to be my mam and saying I needed to ring her urgently, the 2nd was the same women again using a distressed voice asking where I was and begging me to ring her. I think after 40 years I know my mams voice.

This number called me in today on my landline at 12:45. I answered, they hung up. I rang back, it rang then disconnected. I live in Scotland, the number is from York. I used my mobile to call, same result. What was the point of the call if they have no intention of communicating. There is a point but I am left wondering what!

i have recieved over 20 calls from this number on my mobile, and when i blocked them on my mobile they now harass me on my landline.

Fraud. Claiming to be a bank saying someone’s trying to access my account and to click on a link to fix it. I’ve never banked with the bank they’re claiming to be.
