This caller is using a computer messaginbg system to get PPI responses.
Answered phone promptly but there was a long silent pause. Then I heard call centre background noise and someone clear their throat so I told them they were too slow and hung up.

5 calls in two days - I'm not interested!
Chap with an Asian accent (Indian, Pakistani possibly). Knew my full name which concerned me. Said he was calling from "Credit Investigation Department" and that his records show I was currently paying off debts in my name (false). Told him to politely bugger off and remove my number from whatever database he was using. Complained to TPS.
