I had the exact experience as the last comment.Female said I had signed a contract two years ago,which I do not remember and I must pay £149 today.She asked for my current card details which I would not give her.She said she was passing the matter on to her legal dept and the costs would be added on what I owe .I became quite shaken and she said I was very rude for talking over her.I am 75 years old and I feel quite upset by it all.
