Called at 07.45am. Female caller said she was from Virgin Media voice sounded "far eastern sub continent", Call centre noises in back ground. Virgin media calls centres open at 08.00am. Can only believe it was a scam call. They hung up when queried about such an early call time

Pre recorded Scam call relating to unexpected withdrawals from a bank account. No name or bank mentioned. Asked for me to press 1 to confirm. That's a giveaway (red flag) as is the lack of personal details. I put the phone down immediately.

Just hang up as there is no identification to suggest they are real and there are no confirmed names or card details to ensure it is you or your card.
