this number called my TPS registered registered mobile with automated PPI insurance message. Have reported to ICO, http://www.ico.gov.uk, and suggest others do likewise.
020858997766 - pretends to be local council/NHS if you confront becomes abusive and threatening.
Have just returned to the UK and found my answerphone clogged up from calls from this company. I have since answered one call (27:03:12) from a person called Andrew claiming he could reduce my Orange broadband fees. He was very evasive when I asked him questions regarding how he had got my telephone number as I was on the TPS list at which he put the phone down on me.
