Rings every week but refuses to send anything by mail demanding money
Called four times today. No message left.
Tom called from KBS - regarding a "shareholder matter". Didn t pronounce the directors names correctly but said they would know what it s regarding.
Claimed there £2,500 waiting for me due to a motoring incident in last 2.5 years. I asked for details of the incident (there hasn t been one. Information had been received from insurance company but no details of incident were received. Told him there had been no incident and could I have name of insurance company so I could discuss their disclosure with them. He hung up. Not un-pleasant but confused when script didn t work and absolutely clueless.

Has called 15 times in the past few days offering me a free tablet, when I said no they still keep calling. spoke to someone in Vodafone and they weren t sure if it was legitimate or not.
This genuine Nationwide number is not necessarily safe to answer and respond to. When the speaker is a robot rather than a human being it is highly likely scammers have spoofed the number. So beware and don't press any buttons as instructed. Instead and either way it is always best to contact your bank directly by phone to address any concerns.
