This number called my 93-year old mother-in-law at about 07:45 hrs. She told them that she couldn’t hear them. They called her back a couple of times, and tried to get her to do something on her iPad. She said she’d have to get her son-in-law to call them as she didn’t understand them. They haven’t called again since. Incident reported to local police as a vulnerable person is being targeted. This number has now been reported to BT security who have blocked it nationwide.

SCAM Caller said he was from Amazon. Questioned it and he hung up.
I think this is the Red Cross call centre in Glasgow, Scotland involved in automated telephone calls to UK mobile numbers to solicit donations.
