Recorded message supposedly from HMRC, my account has been linked with a fraud, and unless I press '1' a warrant will be issued for my arrest... immediately. Wow I'm scared

I keep getting these calls from mobile numbers which have the same first few digits as my own, I never answer them, but they must be dangerous.
