Number calls repeatedly but no one speaks

Unknown caller thanking me for helping when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.
SCAM / SPAM
Caller stated that they were from Amazon "odu" or "O.U" and related to a payment for an "iPhone 30". I told them they need a better scam and they hung up. Female sounding person with a strong Nigerian accent.
Keep calling to say my routers faulty and to turn on my computer then they say the router is running slow so and so on.
Every time I answer they hang up!
SCAM Claims to be holding off payment from your bank. Don't fall for it.
Telemarketer who would not accept that I was not interested in call. In the end had to put phone down and he tried to ring back twice, I then blocked the number from calling my phone.
