This is a scam pretending to be from BT warning about others using my router
Suspect it's Cognism or similar checking they have the correct mobile numbers for contacts they're selling. Ask for you by first name, then when you say it's you, they say a random surname and then claim they must have a wrong number.

I have just signed up for Lyca Mobile - I have been cyber attacked. I am about to request a freedom of information request from them Google , Youtube, etc have made me change my passwords, and I getting fake calls from amazon Prime asking for failed direct debit payments
Called saying "Bank fraud" transactions on my card abroad £200 on an Amazon account and another from a company. To except this press #1 or #2 to talk to someone about this!
