Fraud This number called and had a recording that said my National Insurance Number was being suspended due to criminal activities. I needed to press 1 or they would start arrest and prosecution procedures. I hung up immediately.

SCAM automated voice spoke referred to two possibly dodgy payments made on credit card and PayPal. said press to speak to a person then hung up. following call to my bank to report did not get through possibly routed through scammers..

Latest release - Luke Ballantyne was listed as a Director of HML Consultants but resigned in November 2019, with Sarah Aldrige appointed as a Director in the same month. Ballantyne is listed as a Director of 'Home Cover Group Limited' yet another company offering extended warranties for home appliances. Their telephone number is 0333 2125609. There are a few postings already online indicating this is a further scam. When they call they imply you already have extended warranty cover with them and are asking

Call center Called me but couldn't understand the caller. Very strong Indian accent. Put phone down after several attempts to identify them.
SPAM - received cold-call from +442089544868 claiming to be calling from Carphone Warehouse. Ended the call. Clearly a scam.
