Called at 09:45. I answered but said nothing as I didn’t recognise the number, so they hung up, which I felt was very rude. After a few minutes I rang back, it went through to a voicemail which said it was Crown Glazing and if I pressed 1 then they would stop calling me. Do they think I am an amateur!? Just blocked the number.

07463023220: "ATTENTION! We have tried to contact you. It is important we speak to you today. Please call 08445715188 quoting our reference XXXXXX. Thank You." Wonder how many other people have got the exact same text??
This is a company called Credo Claims, which is part of the Payplan group. They resolve old PPI claims, usually for Payplan clients with IVA s and the like. They do not telemarket, so if they ve got your number it will be from an afiliated company to do with the IVA or Bankruptcy market.
