First support saying they understood I had an accident. I got the guys name (Steven). He was trying to bully and intimidate me not aware I m a former Personal Injury Lawyer. When I caught him out and and asked to speak to his supervisor so he cut me off.

Had three calls from this and a presumably associated number (7136) in the last week, two of them immediate hang ups. The third time I was spoken to by a young woman allegedly "not selling anything" and "doing a survey". She admitted the company was based in SE Asia (as she clearly was). When I pointed out that I had been for many years registered with the TPS and that she was breaking the law, and that I wished to be removed from their database she hung up. I think it is legit. I got a text regarding my parcel that they had to reroute. I think this phone number belongs to www.hermes-europe.co.uk.
