Scam company claiming to call on behalf of diamond insurance company. I assume diamond insurance has either sold data or been hacked to release all the user details.
Scammer - claiming to be from BT internet. Was requesting that I give remote access to my laptop by running some remote viewer program. My internet connection is not supplied by BT so I strung them along as long as possible leaving them hanging on whilst I did other jobs - if they are wasting time with me they are having less time to scam others.
