also just got a call from this number, very rude asian guy asking me about my debt, i stated that I had not requested a call and why should I give him that information, his response "because you re a f*cking idiot" and hung up. the address for Back on Track is 145-157 St Johns Street, London, EC1V 4PW... half tempted to pay them a visit with the police in tow

This is a computer scam. I played along in order to waste their time and to get insight into their methods. There is a warm-up act and a main act to follow. Their first tactic is to say they will cut off your computer unless you cooperate. They take you to Event Viewer administrative events in order to show you a scary page with yellow warning triangles and red error messages. Then to another caller for their main strike. They have a complete spurious way of showing your apparent computer |ID which they can
