Constant calls from this number, several a day & nobody there when you answer the phone,. I am sick and tired of them & reporting to Ofcom as a public menace!

I received a call for this number that is saying that im involved in a fraud. they only inform me what fraud I was involved with if they I will tell them my full name and address. I refused to give my details and they said if I refuse they will send a police to arrest me.
