Cold Caller re PPI ,,, nice American voice but told him not interested and was on TPS and ex directory. I save the number and add to Contacts as "Z PPI " etc so I never make the mistake of answering again

Fed up with stupid automated messages about government grants for heating upgrades, etc. Shouldn't these calls be barred if you're in the TPS?

I believe that this is scam call from allegedly HMRC as when you try to call it goes through to a foreign person who starts asking for a lot of information.

This scam company have demanded 29 pounds cancellation charge from my dad and have sent the demand using a different company name but with the same phone number the new name is Secure Telephone Services LTD beware of these scammers!!

They called and closed the call. I have tried the call back 8 times and there is a brief untintelligible message of which only "Sir" can be understood and the answering machine starts... I think must be those useless piece of shit of "Perfect Benefit" but I hope I am wrong...

When I started my business 18 months ago I had a call from 118, regarding my free listing . I went with it initially, but ended up calling them to take it down, as salesmen wouldn t stop calling and I even had a few just turn up at the premises! They called me but hung up before they told me who they are. After checking the tellows website, I still decided to ring back to find out who they claim to be. It sounded like an automated response, and probably just the start of a voice mail message, but they said they are: Home Shield Direct I have never heard of this company before; they might be trying to cold call me for a sale. I am not interested; I seek out what I want. This is a harassment call.
