SCAM This is a scam operation. An older lady calls to tell you that they have confirmed advertising space in local hospital/ school publication. These publications don't exist. They invoice and use factoring companies. We were stung for around £250 previously. Not heard from them in a couple of years so they've obviously started up again. Just hang up.

Automated - "this call is to inform you that a criminal case has been opened against you...." hung up after that
Called and asked for business owner. He s far too busy to take cold calls so I told the man he d have to speak to me. He told me grumpily that he would send a letter and hung up on me before I could say anything else. RUDE!

This number calls often, despite telling them to stop calling. Discovered this is DGL Insurance Services. Tried telling me I had washing machine insurance and it had expired, but I ve never had any insurance for my washer. They expected me to hand over my bank details. This is a scam. Disgusting fraudsters. Reported this to Action Fraud. Number now blocked.
