Not actually O2 but a company making it sound like they are from O2, they are just trying to get you to upgrade. Tell them you will call 202 from your handset and upgrade with a O2 representative directly and not to an unknown number
Scammers, who tell you they're going to set up call blocking from nuisance and scam (!) calls, and send you a special telephone, etc. for only £149. BEWARE!

First call auto, asked if I was in debt, to key #1. I am not but work for Christians Against Poverty so was curious what this free Government service offered. Was called back the following day (twice - the first call was put down by them) and was asked how much debt I had. I asked them what was the name of their company. Phone immediately put down. If legitimate, why would that be a problem? Be warned....

SPAM Keep getting calls from this and similar numbers, all spam. Each one blocked but they seem to have bought a batch of numbers. Scum.
